Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in patient care, medication administration, and health education.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and report any changes
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medication, wound dressing, and monitoring vital signs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, diet, and medication.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow protocols.
- Ensure infection control practices are followed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of practice.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Diploma or BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with BNMC
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
